Happy 8th Birthday Conner!

Today my son turned the big 8. Here he is with his b-day presents. He got some toys, movies, and alot of cash that he is holding in his hands. Jay and I gave him some money to go and buy a new bike. That is what he wanted because he wants to pick it out. Conner wants to say thank you to those who gave him gifts or money, he loves all of it and he loves all of you.

Okay- this is the sweetest thing ever. I walked by Casey's room and saw that he was trying to stuff a card down his pants. It was HIS valentines card that Jay and I gave him but he wanted to give it to Conner as his b-day card from him. He also took all of his change out of his wallet and put it in the card to give to Conner. He was so proud and excited to give it to him. No one helped him or gave him the idea, he did it all on his own. He was stuffing it down his pants to hide it from Conner. He told me this was Conner b-day present from him. What a sweet and kind brother he is. As he handed it to Conner he had the biggest smile on his face, and I ofcourse was in tears. He gave him all that he had and Conner being a good big brother was so greatful and thanked Casey with hugs. It was such a sweet moment- one that I will never forget and neither will Conner. Conner is a great kid. He says the funniest things. He is so creative- he can take anything and turn it in to something great. He loves sports. All he talks about is sports and he loves to play them all. He is a good brother. He helps Casey and is so sweet to Alexis. He loves his whole family and is not embarrassed to say so. He loves the church and is excited to get baptized and go to scouts. We love having him as part of our family. He keeps us on our toes and we love him lots.
